This is the best place for a smoothie and lunch or dinner, love the environment and experience. Food is always hot and ready and customers service is through the ROOF!!!!! Shawn is the best. Make sure you ask for him when you come in. Love it here

They have the best smoothies around, can't go wrong here! My favorite is the acai bowl, as is. Its perfect! Heads up the acai comes frozen so its like sherbet almost with fresh fruit and other yummy toppings. The best :)

came through for a quick pick-me-up and this one HIT. The Strawberry Açai Bowl had the right texture, the granola stayed crunchy, and the fruit was fresh. Could’ve used a little more punch flavor-wise, but overall still a good grab. Staff was cool, service was timely, and the location was clean. If you’re searching for the perfect smoothie experience — both in flavor and service — the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Plano is unbeatable. Their in-store experience and catering service are impeccable with focus on providing the freshest ingredients and best customer experience. The food always tastes fresh and the smoothies are refreshingly cool, perfectly thick, and has just the right balance of sweetness and tang. You can taste the freshness — no weird aftertaste, no syrupy overload, just real fruit goodness. But what truly made the experience shine was the exceptional customer service. The staff greeted me with a warm smile, gave helpful suggestions based on my preferences, and even offered a free sample before I committed to a full size. My smoothie was made quickly and handed to me with genuine enthusiasm — you can tell they care about what they’re serving. Uma and Amit always go out of their way to keep the customers happy and always coming back for more. Incredible smoothie, even better service. I’ll be coming back — and bringing friends - and continue the catering !

Y’all. Y’ALL!!! This was the best smoothie how I’ve ever gotten in my LIFE I exaggerate a lot ok but this was super satisfying and made with love, clearly the girls didn’t say hello when I walked in but honestly I wouldn’t mind if they tripped me on the way out next time I go because THIS BOWL WAS THAT GOOD thank you and I hope they had a great day bc I didn’t say thank you on the way out either oops

My first time at Tropical smoothie was a present experience. Awesome place for lunch and large workplace orders. I enjoyed my kale apple slaw and sweet potato as a side. I would recommend this location even if your looking for a pre or post workout smoothie. I love it.
